CM Free E-Bike Scheme
Punjab Government, under the leadership of Chief Minister Maryam Nawaz, has launched “Free E-Bike Scheme 2025” to provide an affordable, eco-friendly, and convenient commuting facility to students. Under this scheme, 10,000 electric bikes will be provided, which will be available to students of HEC-approved universities and colleges.

Eligibility Criteria for the CM Free E-Bike Scheme
The following conditions must be fulfilled to apply for this scheme:
- Resident of Punjab.
- Be a regular student in an HEC-approved university or college.
- Be at least 18 years old.
- Possession of a National Identity Card (CNIC) is mandatory.
- Should have a learner’s permit or a driving license for a motorcycle

Prepare scanned copies or clear photographs of the following documents before applying:
- Both sides of the National Identity Card (CNIC).
- Latest passport-size photograph
- Student ID Card
- Learner’s Permit or Driving License

- Click on “Register” and enter your CNIC number, mobile number, full name, and password.
- Log in and complete the application form:
